Adhesives Hi-Thane A series are our trade name for linear polyurethane solutions developed for adhesive layers for synthetic leather. They are types of polyurethane solutions. One-component type,having good physical properties and adhesion, can be used without any modification. Two-component type forms three-dimensional polyurethane structure by reacting on appropriate quantity of crosslinking agents(CA-75 or CA-75NY) with aid of catalyst solution(AT-222R2 or AT-Q) at room temperature. Adhesive layers show excellent adhesion,abrasion resistance, flexibility and elasticity. Thermoplastic Polyurethanes SONGSTOMER is our trade name for thermoplastic polyurethane. This is most suitable for injection and extrusion moulding. Physical properties of products are much better than those conventional cast type polyurethane elastomer. SONGSTOMER P-1100series of products are polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethanes. They also exhibit oil, fuel and solvent resistance. These products can be injection molded. SONGSTOMER P-3100series of products are polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethanes. They also exhibit oil, fuel and solvent resistance. These products can be injection molded and extruded. SONGSTOMER P-3200series of products are polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethanes. They also exhibit low temperature properties and hydrolysis resistance. These products can be injection molded and extruded. SONGSTOMER P-7100series of products are polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethanes. It is specifically formulated for extruded profile, film and sheet applications. It is naturally antiblocking and non-tacky when extruded into film or sheet products.
